Mariage au Domaine de Rocqueval
🇫🇷 Emma et Nicolas se sont dit “oui” au Domaine de Rocqueval en Provence.
Ils m’ont écrit pour réaliser le film de leur mariage sous le prisme du storytelling, une approche plus profonde et complexe où leur journée de mariage devient un prétexte pour les raconter. En plus du reportage du jour J, je raconte leur histoire à travers leurs archives, une séance couple et une confession filmée.
J’ai passé tout un weekend chez eux, a parler, prendre l’apéritif, fumer un peu trop, écouter de la musique. J’ai apprivoisé leur intérieur pour construire une séance couple sur mesure, avec un travail soigné en lumière artificielle.
Ils m’ont raconté les bons comme les mauvais moments. Grâce à la confiance qu’ils m’ont accordé, j’ai réalisé un film doux et profond. Merci Emma et Nico, on se retrouve bientôt dans le nord ou dans le sud !

They wanted a storytelling approach for their wedding film, a more profound and complex method where their wedding day becomes a pretext to tell their story. In addition to documenting the big day, I tell their story through their archives, a couple session and an interview.
I spent a whole weekend with them, talking, having drinks, smoking a little too much, listening to music. I familiarised myself with their home to create a custom made couple session, with careful attention to artificial light.
They told me about the good times and the bad times. They were so confident with me, I was able to make a gentle and profound film. Thank you Emma and Nico, see you soon !
